Since I'm trying to learn web design, I'm willing to work on this for you. If you don't mind, I'll just copy what you have and modify it with input from forum members, and post it on Geocities. If you like it, then you can then copy it back here. The goal will be to post the latest forum-related info onto XMarks without stealing the thunder from the Diggs site, and of course credit Diggs where necessary.
