I've heard this question asked a lot but I never tire of answering. Those are some great scenes there Indiana Giacomo, but here are mine.

Raiders: Truck chase scene (unbielevable!!)
Temple of Doom: Opening sequence (musical number, fight at Club Obiwan, etc.; WOW!!)
Last Crusade: Tank sequence (awesome)

Indy movies always have great action setpieces. Again, my hats off to Lucas, Spielberg, and Ford for pulling off the impossible.
