Nazi spy on Raiders clipper plane??

Can someone clear something up for me please?

You know when Indy get's on the clipper to head for Nepal, and a "German" spy, reading a "Life" magazine, looks over toward Indy?

Is that supposed to be Toht? I always thought so.

Until I saw that it was Dennis Muren (sp?), one of the crew from Star Wars (ouch, who threw that??). I think he did special effects?

So, was it Denis doing Toht? Or was it just a Nazi bad guy?

Anyone know?
