Importing bullwhips...

Hi:
Does anyone know if there is any problems importing a David Morgan whip into Canada? I'm just curious because it seems it could be considered a weapon and also there may be special laws regarding the type of hide it is made from.
You think you have it bad my American friends - consider it will cost me $760 Canadian to get one!
