: P.S. Indy doesn't wear his jacket after he gets on the sub in Raiders. He gets to the island, steals a Nazi uniform, withstands the Ark opening, and is back in his blue suit at the museum.

:He lost his hat when he rocked the statue in the Well of Souls and it fell over with him on it(but that was a stuntman) Besides,in the backlit sundown shot, when the diggers are digging, he pulls that hat on with a lot of effort.It looks like a really snug fit.
