Raiders censored! Why?

Why do they still cut out the close-up of the Hovitos bare buttocks scene? I remember buying my first VHS raiders maybe 15 years ago after watching the tv version a dozen times and being surprised at that scene. Then on SciFi, its STILL edited!! This also screws up the music continuity (messes me up as I hum along). You can switch over to PBS and see the Hovitos showing much more than just their butts. Its ridiculous. Are there any other cuts I missed?

And on the Hovitos, when developing their culture did they only have a picture of the 3 Stooges' Mo to go on?
