Why not film Indy 4 and 5 back-to-back?

The Wachowski geniuses are going to film the Matrix 2 and 3 back to back, which I think is a great idea that Spielberg and Lucas should copy. Harrison Ford is a very old stinker. The next Indy will be the last one with Ford because he is a fossilized fart. So why not make Indy 4 and 5 at the same time? What's everyone think?
