Why doesn everyone write body text in subject lines!!!

Botwright is a bit sporadic with his emails. I wrote him twice and only on the third time did he reply. Then I emailed the order and he replied steadily for two emails after that. The reason being he was on vacation.

When he did receive my order he processed it immediately. He's not unlike many businesses nowadays. Email is sort of a novelty it seems. Some businesses forget they have emails or even a website, I don't think this is the case with Wested. I only make the comparison in that email may not be his primary means of communication. A fax or phone call will get you started off right.

If all went well, I should be receiving my jacket next week. I'm going to call Monday to check on the status.
