: When he did receive my order he processed it immediately. He's not unlike many businesses nowadays. Email is sort of a novelty it seems. Some businesses forget they have emails or even a website, I don't think this is the case with Wested. I only make the comparison in that email may not be his primary means of communication. A fax or phone call will get you started off right.
