Hey Abner,

I own a 12 ft and a 10 Ft. The 10 broke (it was a cheepy), so I took one half and made a 4 ft for my daughter. She's gettin pretty good, too! It's a shame...that was a fun whip.....

The 12 I have actually shortened to about 9, not counting the fall, cos it was a bit unwieldy in target cracking. It was also pretty unbalanced. It flies like a dream now, though.

I have an 8 ft on the way from New Zealand, and I just ordered two other 8 ft whips from an online place....they are cheep, but I will be using them for practice anyway.

What about you? What lengths do you prefer?
