When they flat out ignore a request for help, I consider that piss poor service. All I need is something faxed (quicker) or mailed to me saying that they never received my jacket on the return (to small)so I can procede with getting the Post Office to refund my money for the insurance I took out on it. Everytime I call I get the runaround about how the fax machine they have isn't working properly. Any idiot can stick a stamp on an envelope and help me that way. I have even sent a self-addressed envelope and still nothing! Let's not even mention their e-mail corespondance. The jacket might be great but the Costumer Service blows chunks. Go Flight Suits!!!!
