By any chance were you that...animated when you talked to Wested? There seem to be more good stories than bad ones in regards to Wested's CS. I'm sorry you had a bad time with them though, as the jacket is WELL worth it.
I had a problem with regards to the LeTap leather groomer a few years back, and they were very helpful and apologetic. Your experience seems curious...
