I had to send his XL all the way back for a XXL because it was way undersized. I wear a 46 suit coat and shirt size 17 1/2 or 18 neck by 35 sleeve. And I hope the XXL doesn't shrink any more. I'm 6'0", 210 and usually wear XL. If you get a Large and it's a little too big, then you can try to shrink it or have it altered (including having the sleeves shortened) after you get it. But if you get one too small, you can only send it back or go on a diet, which you don't really need. Noel's pants are also smaller than American pants of the same "size", if you know what I mean.
