Help on Noel Howard's shirt, please!

OK so I've decided to finally get the Raiders shirt from Noel
Howard but I don't know what size would be best. I wear a 16 1/2,
32-33 dress shirt so I am thinking a medium or large. My jacket
size is a 42, but my wested is a custom 44 and fits perfectly.

I definitely don't want it to be too tight, but I don't want it to be
huge either. I just don't want to have to send it all the way back to
the UK if it's the wrong size. And do these things shrink, or what?
