Leather tailors?

Does anyone know of a leather tailor that will create a custom jacket? There is a jacket from another movie that I want to have made. I found the actual manufacturer but the jacket is no longer produced and I can't find a suitable alternative. I thought maybe Patterson in your search for a manufacturer might have found a company that will produce a single jacket. Flight suits won't make a single jacket from scratch. Thanks for the help.
