I would just like to say that, in my opinion, the Cari Gatswirth is full of it when she argues that Titanic, that incredibly expensive, way too long, movie with an amazingly dull preformance by Leonardo Dicraprio (Who didn't even come close to stealing my heart. In fact, I almost cheered when he finally snuffed it.), can even come close to being as good as Saving Private Ryan. This movie broke new ground by realistically portraying battle. It is well written, superbely acted, and has amazing directing. True, it is extremely brutal, but that is part of how th e movie works. It makes you feel as if you are really taking part in the D-Day invasion and its violence and brutality is part of doing that. As for miss Gatswith's claim that Matt Damon and Ben Affleck are stealing attention away from Leo, i sya let them take a little attention away from that over glamorized little ****. I;m tired of hearing about how trhis no talent hack should have gotten an academy award for his stereotypical preformance in Titanic, an even more stereotypical movie.
