No one can even make a film in or around Egypt, in the 30's, or have a dude in a fedora without it being branded an 'Indy' rip-off.
Sad really...
Just imagine...trying to be completely original, at this time with all of the films that have been released it has to be REALLY hard...
Besides, I think that the Indiana Jones references in any other film, Mummy 1 and 2 included are just paying homeage, not ripping off.
