Yep, Marx said that religion was the opium of the masses. It is a complicated subject about what religion should or should not do. Without organization, the world's religions would fall. However, as Lord Acton said, "Absolute power corrupts absolutly." I see so many people being taken advantage of in the name of religion, especially in Central America. I think one must educate the masses and let them decide for themselves what to think.
